Hurom warranty conditions:

If you have a defective component and are still within the warranty period (2 years from the date of purchase), you can conveniently request a replacement.

It is important that you have proof of purchase (invoice), sticker from the device on the underside and a photo of the defect as an image file. 

Here is an example of the serial number and model number on the bottom of your device. The serial number can start with a "1" or with a "D" and can be both with and without dashes on your device. 

Only invoices are accepted!

Order confirmations are not sufficient for processing under guarantee.

An invoice must contain the following information for this to qualify as a valid document:

Date of invoice
bill number
Payment method
Sales tax and purchase price

Please prepare as an image file: proof of purchase, photo of the defective component and serial number
